The controller for the data collected on this site is the private individual who runs it, on a non-commercial basis. You can get in touch through the site's contact form.
Server logs
On each visit, technical data is logged automatically, including IP address, timestamp and browser type. It keeps the service secure and is deleted after a short period.
Deletion
Data is kept only as long as needed, then deleted, save where a legal duty applies. Access logs are kept only for a short time.
What data is collected
Only the data needed to answer you is collected, and sensitive data is not requested: the name and email you give, an optional phone number, your message, and technical data such as your IP address and a timestamp.
Data processors
We do not sell your data or share it without a lawful basis. Our host, Fasthosts Internet Limited, is a processor acting on our instructions under Article 28 of the UK GDPR.
Why your data is used
We use your data only to operate the site and respond to you. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running the site securely (Article 6(1)(f) of the UK GDPR), together with your consent where required (Article 6(1)(a)). Your data is never sold or rented.
Updates
This policy is updated when the law or the service changes. The current version on this site is the one in force.
